In 2013, EnPro launched Building Our Workplace (BOW), a two day workshop that builds awareness of EnPro’s dual-bottom line culture. Nearly 5,700 employees participated in over 200 workshops facilitated by 150 educators worldwide. The workshop is offered regionally at various times of the year for all newly hired employees.
BOW emphasizes developing oneself in the areas of Community Building, Self-Awareness, Communication, Resolving Differences and My Full Possibility. The goal is to promote common understanding about our culture and equip all employees with skills necessary to work in a dual-bottom line company.

Annually, we give community service awards to employees or teams who have done something spectacular with community outreach. One example of this is an employee with our Technetics manufacturing facility in Saint Etienne, France who developed a program to employ people with disabilities, providing them with an opportunity to put their talents to work.
